During the cold day of winter in the middle of Siberia the temperature can be below -30°C. Everything is working and all the car and public transport are moving on the streets. With these such cold temperature the exhaust emissions from the buses are really big and stay on the street. It happen specially during the starting and during the acceleration when the traffic light turns to green. Here is a photo from Tomsk
